How to implement the QR system in GoHighLevel.

GHL Configuration (API & ID)

Before using the scanner, you need two pieces of information from your GoHighLevel Sub-account:

  • Location ID: Go to Settings > Business Profile > General. Copy the Location ID.
  • API Key: Go to Settings > Private Integrations. Create a new Access Token/API Key if one doesn't exist. This acts as the password for the scanner.

Email Template Setup

Inside your "Order Confirmation" email template, insert an Image Element.

Best for Staff using this Scanner App. Contains just the email.
